Living/sleeping room with 1 fold-away bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 3 m2, north-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Apartment was ok . Was slightly smaller than expected on the photos but the basis was there. Everything was neat. Rollaway bed was a bit of a try but ok. Extra pillow would be nice . The only downside for me is that there is no opportunity to load or unload nearby, although the parking lot was 80% empty, especially in bad weather. Temporary loading and unloading zone would be nice.

We are absolutely thrilled! Been to Astrid for the second time. This apartment was significantly more modern. Small minus point - sunset over the water is on the other side of the building, otherwise there is still a great sea view. Small but nice, would come again and again.

No internet access. At the reception, I was given the login and the password. They did not know the network and none matched on my smartphone. Could not reach my grandson hospitalized in Spain following an accident. Housekeeping was not done. We left the accommodation spotless, we would have liked the same.

Perhaps some explanations are missing for the bed which is built in for example (We thought it was the sofa suddenly) The ignition of the electric stove was not easy when you are used to gas for example An opener is missing box, a strainer The glass door of the shower is quite complicated to manage because the faucet of the bathtub is badly placed ... A small accompanied visit could be nice

The apartment is very well located in a very quiet building even if there is a lot of housing. Beautiful sea view and perfect location. No parking included but possibility to park for free along the road (near the tram)

Superb apartment, very functional. It is modern and quite spacious. Pleasant view of the sea, the city and the magnificent park. Very decent and large bed but unfortunately the bedding was a little dirty and hair was lying on the bed. Tub a bit small but easy to fit.

This studio is certainly suitable for a holiday with a dog, because there is a dog meadow nearby to go for a walk.

Location is fine, nice that small pets are allowed. The downside of this admission is the large carpet that lies on the floor cannot be really hygienic. Also for people with a dust mite allergy.
