Residentie Astrid Apartment 7

A beautiful, spacious, and bright apartment. Everything you need is there. Amazing views from the living room and bedroom. Unfortunately, the living room window isn't completely airtight, and in windy conditions, it whistles unpleasantly. For German visitors, there are only four TV channels, which is a shame. Not a negative, but unusual was the fact that there was only one large duvet. But, as I said, the 140cm wide bed was also unusual for us. All in all, it was just right and suitable for a short break.

Location and view = 10 stars: the sea, the dunes, Ostend. 150m to the beach. The apartment is spacious and has everything I need. Unfortunately, everything is a bit dated. The shower has been broken for three years and, despite reporting it to the agency, hasn't been repaired. No response to my email requesting a replacement for next year. It wasn't really that clean this year either. I've booked again for 2026 anyway. I just like being there and I'm willing to accept that.

Very old-fashioned layout, uncomfortable and small bed. Really basic equipment, no hairdryer, no bucket for cleaning (mayonnaise bucket). A good window cleaning would be necessary to be able to better enjoy the magnificent view. Shower needs changing (we don't know how to close the shower door completely). The location and the closed garage, on the other hand, are perfect. All in all, it's not worth the asking price.

I love Bredene and the location of the property on the 8th floor, right on the beach and behind the dunes. The apartment, the furnishings, the sanitary facilities and the doors are unfortunately a bit old. Of the three defects that I reported on the first day of my vacation, only the beeping smoke alarm was fixed. Because of the unique location, I have already booked for 2025.

Everything is there for a pleasant stay, except for a few shortcomings

Comfortable, stunning view, dog allowed, close to shops. Discovery of Bredene with this slightly wild side, surrounded by dunes, only well-being.

Hood did not work properly. Water pump stone, sink, ran away - In shower again not (well?). Fire alarm batteries low, it kept beeping. Kltnsrvce number called three times 24/7, put through to English support, no one on the line (15m per x waited!). Kitchenware, curtains, furniture substandard. Rented fantastic apptmt on 9th last year. Interhome, take responsibility by proper screening before rental. Assessment is not a complaint = evaded responsibility. Best regards

Furnishings are a bit old, but still ok. Great location with sea views, shopping and tram stop. Nice employees in the office. The beach can be reached in a few minutes via the bridge. Again any time

The apartment was good, only the doors were very stuck or very rickety.

We were very disappointed with this apartment. When we arrived and got out of the elevator, there was a very strong smell of the toilet, and the smell intensified in the apartment. Turns out the smell was coming from the shower, after we ran water in the shower it got a little better. We had ordered made beds, but they forgot that, we were asked to wait another two hours until the beds were made. Unfortunately I can't write anymore!!!

Plus points : nice view from two sides. Sturdy draperies in bedroom. Less : Only a sofa to sit; backrest is loose. No sofa, radio, CD or DVD player, digicorder.

Window door that whistles very loudly in strong winds. Dishes not very clean. The rest of the apartment is stark and shabby. Its location and the sea view are its strengths.

Beautiful super bright apartment. Well located access and very easy garage. Warm and practical home office. Double terrace beautiful living room. It lacks a traditional oven, a DVD player, Negative point: the shower does not drain water! Clean apartment on arrival, nothing to say about hygiene. Nice side: small market at the foot of the building on Tuesday mornings We strongly recommend this accommodation.

Very satisfied. Subject to repetition. Have already booked for next year. Hope that there will be no more heat wave, because in the afternoon the sun shines in the living room: hot. We would be very happy with a digicorder.

Not suitable for comfort

beautiful and spacious beautiful view in the living room as well as in the bedroom. I had the impression that it was poorly cleaned, the sheets of the previous people were before the bed, the end of the shower was very bad, you stood with your feet in the water when showering.

Very nice view. No vacuum cleaner, insufficient kitchen supplies, clogged shower, sofa bed full of stains, small TV with no facilities, etc..

Spacious apartment with everything you need. Wonderful sea view

Lots of privacy in a wonderfully spacious apartment on the 8th floor with 2 balconies and a beautiful view. Our dog also had a great time. The employees of Interhome get a# from us, so helpful.

Apartment is starting to get a bit tatty but still quite satisfactory for us. Mattress starts to sag

The apartment is simply furnished, but clean and comfortable. It was also important to me that I could bring my dog with me. The view of the sea from both sides (8th floor!) and the quick way to the beach and the dunes is unbeatable with this apartment. I didn't like the very small TV with a distorted picture and the expensive but very narrow garage space, where opening the car doors was sometimes very difficult. But I will definitely come back!
