Overall, the accommodation was fine for a short stay, but didn't fully meet the expectations based on the pictures. The apartment is a bit worn in places, especially the couch. A sunshade on the balcony would be desirable. In good weather, the living room is sometimes barely usable due to the sun. Cleanliness was limited; the shower drain was blocked, but it has been fixed.

The apartment itself is very nice. However, some things are not so nice. Chips on the walls. Sanding marks on the walls. The table on the balcony was broken and so was a chair. The bathroom was not really clean. (You can see it quite clearly on the chrome parts). All of this is complaining at a high level but still miserable for this price for 4 nights.

The balcony is very large, but unfortunately some of the balcony furniture is broken, very weathered and has no seat cushions. When it's very hot, at least fans would be nice. The mattresses are rather hard. The location of the apartment is great and the apartment is very spacious, especially suitable for families with older children. The stairs to the bedrooms are rather narrow.

A very nice apartment, which is already a bit "worn". The dishwasher washes very poorly. The apartment wasn't cleaned when we moved in, the beds were just made up. The old bedding was found rolled up in the closet. Cigarette butts probably from the previous tenant were on the balcony floor. The ventilation grille on the window front right cannot be closed, very unfavorable during a storm, as it is loud and sandy and the apartment gets cold. Pretty dirty sofa. A pity.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location, short distances to supermarkets and restaurants. Very short walk to the beach, there is also a nice playground nearby. You can even see the sea. Since the apartment is on the main road and above shops, it is unfortunately not particularly quiet. The parking space in the underground car park is an absolute advantage, but the maximum headroom is only 2.05 m. Unfortunately there is no washing machine or drying rack in the apartment. All in all, the apartment is recommended.

The skylight was broken and the underground car park could not be closed. The ascent and descent to the garage were not good.

Photos on the site do not correspond to reality. The kitchen equipment is also old and very little present. It gave the impression that everyone had something set. Very outdated compared to the photos.

Very good rental well located

Nice apartment in a quiet area, spacious rooms. The distance to the beach (200m) does not have to be a disadvantage. There is plenty of shopping options. The disadvantage is that there is not enough kitchen equipment, especially when you are designated to cook during corona times. The indication of the place where the waste must be collected is very poorly marked (in addition, the office staff knew in Bredene not where it is located). All in all it is a nice location.

We stayed in the beautiful apartment for 1 week. The location is wonderful. The view that you could admire from the large balcony was very nice, on the dunes and even the sea. Right next to Lidl. The floor could have been more dust free but other than that it was clean. The furniture had signs of wear. Mattresses very thin, more for kids. Unfortunately finding the garage first and then driving down and back up there was a disaster! We would come again, but no longer park there!!
