For the days it was good, unfortunately the price does not match the apartment. Balcony door was bad. There were no desserts and lamps. the frying pans were out of date and the coating was peeling off. there was also no description of how to deal with the multi-oven. so that it can bake pizza etc

A very nice apartment. Very fully furnished. Very close to the coastal tram stop and very close to the beach. Albert Hein around the corner so fresh bread rolls in the morning.

Cozy apartment, fully equipped and centrally located. Tram stops in the immediate vicinity, shops are within walking distance. View of the dunes. Room for improvement: A hook to hang a bathrobe in the bathroom would be welcome. The bedroom lacks a bedside table with lamp next to the bed. Now you have to go to the living room to turn on the light. Door to terrace opens very hard. Lots of nighttime traffic and noise in the square so sleeping with the window open is very difficult.

The apartment was clean. Everything was there. Small apartment. Elevator is a plus. Our small dog was also allowed, which is a plus. There were even poop bags ;). The sliding door to the terrace is very difficult to open. No explanation with TV, explanation of the remote controls is not correct. Excellent Wi-Fi. Busy road and difficult parking. If you want to park easily, you pay your blue, minus.

Small apartment on the 3rd floor, located 2 minutes from the beach, walks in the dunes, nearby hypermarkets, good pizzeria. Tram in front. Very bright and practical. A repeat without hesitation.

Space itself OK, but cleaning, user-friendliness and some defects leave something to be desired. After reporting defects, wait 2 days before someone comes to look. As a result, unable to use the terrace, because of the sliding window that did not open. Afterwards, a customer-unfriendly visit from someone from the office. Problem was still not solved. Also no manual with wifi code, use oven, ... Have to call every time for that ... Then not yet talked about the problems with the booking ...

I was very happy with my wife and my son (6) in this accommodation. There was pretty much everything you need to cook something and to sleep there. The environment is unbeatable for us - the beach is highly recommended in summer and autumn. There is something to see in the area in every direction by car. Downtown Oostende as well as surrounding villages has something for everyone. Our highlight was Bruges - 20 minutes by car and it was worth it all.

Confirmation came through immediately, but the telephone message to the landlord was not answered and the confirmation did not state the street or any reporting point. After we found the office, there was no bed linen in the apartment. When we arrived in the apartment, the coffee machine could only be used with pads that were not available in the supermarket. The next morning there was no water in the apartment, so no showers, no coffee and no information.

Very nicely furnished and well-kept apartment. We had everything we needed. Great is the short distance to the dune beach. Shops are within walking distance. You can also be in Ostend in no time.
