We spent four wonderful days in the apartment. The location was superb—very close to the beach and the tram stop, shops also nearby, yet quiet. The furnishings were fine, though perhaps a bit dated. Comfortable, and all the necessary utensils were provided (though sometimes a bit scarce: two wine glasses, three teaspoons, etc.).

Great location with a great view of the sea and very direct access to the beach via the dunes. Apartment on the 5th/6th floor with decent furniture. Advantages: Comfortable couch, good technical equipment in the house. Disadvantages: Very loud, as all windows and doors in the house and also to the outside are not acoustically sealed. Street noise 24/7. Garage so narrow due to installation that our station wagon had exactly 1cm (!) of space at the front and back. Only 5 forks, hardly any more cutlery and service - far too little No wardrobe

Accommodation was fine.

Nice spacious apartment, neat, everything is there, clean, great view on the top floor and fully equipped. Quiet location.

The apartment is old and in need of a makeover and renovation in one place or another. It is very central and close to the beach. What is an absolute NO-GO is the significant odor nuisance. When we arrived the apartment smelled very strongly of fish. This was possibly fried by the previous tenants. Despite airing it out for days, the smell hasn't gone away. This clouded the stay considerably.

The kitchen stoves are too old and everything sticks. We had to park our vehicle outside because we couldn't open the garage! .

The apartment is so far well equipped, clean, large and in a great location. You can easily do without a car, since the tram and everything you need is in the immediate vicinity.
