The holiday apartment in Ostend is perfect. Everything was there, it was wonderfully equipped. We would have moved in permanently in a heartbeat. A few minor disappointments were the narrow stairs, the somewhat clunky elevator (we got stuck once for a short time), and the lack of information in the apartment about things like how to use the elevator or a bicycle storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes, or where the trash cans are. We'll sort that out in advance next time.

Beautiful, spacious, bright apartment. The location is excellent. Close to the harbor and a short walk from the beach and park. That's a real plus. We found the apartment a bit spotty here and there, but it was acceptable. The children's room is beautifully decorated with the paint and beds. So, it's a great place for kids!

Picking up and returning the key at a different location than the apartment is cumbersome. They forgot the towels that were booked and could only be brought the next day. The apartment on the third floor can be reached either by stairs or by a very old elevator. The elevator is regularly out of order, and we have also been stuck in the elevator with our baby. The apartment itself is very nicely finished and clean. The location is also great.
