This renovated apartment with a great sea view should actually be rated "very good". But there are a few points that unfortunately have to be mentioned: 1. The toilet is incredibly narrow. A tall person will have real problems finding space here. 2. The extractor fan in the bathroom and toilet doesn't work/is far too weak. 3. When it rains, the rain/rainwater splashes so loudly in the courtyard that you inevitably wake up at night. The living room and kitchen are great!
