The description of the house needs to be adjusted: The house isn't lockable because there's no cylinder in the front door, so we felt unsafe. The beach/sea isn't 600m away, but at least 1500m. The kitchen has many appliances, some still in their original packaging in cupboards, but some aren't working (e.g., the toaster). This place needs to be cleaned out. There are cobwebs everywhere, and the bathroom cabinet is dirty and hasn't been cleaned. How much does the final cleaning cost?
