Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

We enjoyed the area. Unfortunately, the hot water in the shower was very limited. Boiler regularly went out. Boiler was last serviced 7 years ago. Only a few drops of water came out of the shower head. The ground floor toilet did not continue, which was difficult with the big message.

Beautiful two-storey apartment, relatively close to the sea, nice balcony. Downsides are the noise (neighbors below complain about sliding chairs), some overdue maintenance here and there (table legs loose, squeaking skylight) and limited amount of glasses. Furthermore, sufficiently clean, sufficient WiFi coverage and very spacious, great for a week at the sea.

We arrived and were immediately approached by a resident who demanded that we be quiet with three children, do not slide the chairs, no noise, do not jump, do not open the doors too much, ... in short, that's how you want a holiday do not start. That's how they keep people away. The apartment itself was ok. Sufficient provision! Odor nuisance when taking a bath. Cutlery was dirty on arrival.

The location of the apartment and the distance to the really beautiful beach is great. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. I spent the day we arrived tidying up/cleaning. Black hair from the previous tenant could still be seen everywhere. Unfortunately, the bathroom upstairs was still full of it and even in the kitchen on the stove and worktop. In one of the rooms the metal bed is broken. RISK OF INJURY! One of the toilet lids was just loose on it

Modern apartment offering large spaces (especially in the bedrooms and the living room) with a nice partly covered terrace which overlooks the living room via a large bay window. We were 2 adults and 3 children and were more than comfortable. The big flaw is that with tiles everywhere and a minimalist decoration on the walls, it really resonates very loudly. In the end, it was a "default" choice because we decided very late but were completely satisfied.

The apartment is very functional, ample, simple. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. The furniture was in good condition and fairly felt. It was consistent with the ad description, so there was no disappointment. Easy parking and quiet street. 10 min walk from the beach. Great! The only thing that would have given a plus and facilitated our stay is that we could have toilet paper and kitchen paper available and one or two dish towels.
