Ideal for walks and mountain biking. The owner does his best to satisfy his customers. Restful exterior. Only concern, it lacks an airlock to separate the living room from access to the bedrooms and especially the toilet. Possibility to rent the 2 parts of the house to consider, we will come back to discover this magnificent region to our loved ones.

When we entered, the hall already stank. Once in the house it turned out to be very disappointing. We expected it to be old-fashioned. But the 2 bucket seats were literally worn to the wire. The flannels of the single beds upstairs had yellow stains. The flannel of our bed was even full of hair! The woolen blankets in the closet were also all stained, and I'm talking giant stains! We left after 1 night because of all the dirt!

Friendly owner who takes the time for a chat. Nice basic house (although it could be refreshed a bit). Very nice location with a view of the lake and Butgenbach village. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility and walkers.

Very warm welcome, advice on discoveries, walking map available, quiet, magnificent and relaxing view of the lake and the surrounding nature, close to the possibility of endless walks as well as visits/discoveries and sports center, lake beaches down the street. It is the second time that we book this holiday home through interhome. The building actually consists of 2 holiday homes. We've done both and they're both equally good. Friendly owner. Also speaks Dutch. Do not expect a chic holiday home, it is a fairly simple but spacious holiday home with all the necessary comfort! Good Wi-Fi. We were lucky to have a beautiful snow carpet. Beautiful view over the lake from the holiday home. Beautiful walks!
