Helmreich Apartment 2

A somewhat dated house with a lot of wood, but otherwise in good order.

The apartment is highly recommended and superbly equipped, nothing is missing. We had a very nice and relaxing ski holiday and there were five of us in the apartment. The landlords are very nice, courteous and helpful. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and we will definitely come back! You can walk to the ski bus stop and the shops.

Positive: - friendly landlady - good location - suitable with children Negative: - the apartment was smoky - everything was very worn, from the furniture - to the floor to the dishes - very noisy - investment is urgently needed here - value for money is not consistent - Internet only possible in certain places in the apartment

The following question has nothing to do with the accommodation, which was basically very good, mainly because of the friendly hosts. Had to leave because of a skiing accident on the fourth day. Is there a reimbursement for the remaining time via the insurance taken out? Thanks.

Apartment in a country house, but well located, 1.2 km to the lifts. You can ski without major difficulties in two large ski areas. Well-prepared routes. Apartment that is old but clean, with all comforts, 3 rooms close to Spara, the church, restaurants and a few sports shops. The owner is very nice, pomocna. I recommend it, especially because of the location.

House was clean and everything is there. Friendly owners.

The landlords were nice and friendly and the apartment was clean. Everything inside that you need. you can recommend them.

Apartment is nice, complete. A comfortable chair would be nice. Some things do need to be replaced. Entrance of the house could have been cleared of snow a bit better.

+ Top location, where you can also leave your car (ski bus & central location to markets + restaurants) + Well equipped kitchen & bedrooms & bathroom (hot shower is great!!) + Loving wooden equipment + very good care from family XXX, who are there immediately and help + our dog felt welcome + great view from the windows of mountains, snow and forest + booked for four, but enough space for 5 on an extra sofa bed + please improve the signage/approach to the house

We felt comfortable in the apartment. Simple rustic apartment very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Only the description that the toilet would be separate is not entirely correct. The toilet in the bathroom is only separated by a sliding door. Separate toilet means for us that it is in an extra room.
