The kitchen is very sparsely equipped and the beds are very saggy. New mattresses wouldn't hurt. But the price-performance ratio is good. The apartment is well located and you can see Lake Haider directly from the balcony.

The rooms/apartments in the pension are very practical. The furniture, although not the newest, is in good condition and well maintained. The owners are great and always have a good (travel) tip in stock and a nice word on their lips.

We were with a larger group in a total of 3 apartments in the house. Positive: Use of the lounge and the canteen kitchen with all inventory was permitted, which greatly simplified the organization. Very nice person in charge on site, even if the linguistic understanding was only possible to a very limited extent (Romanian). Negative: Telephone call with the owner the day before the arrival, which presented itself quite unfriendly.
