A beautiful apartment with a view! Very clean, complete and with a very friendly and helpful owner. The only small downside: possibly blackout curtains or shutters could be installed in the bedroom.

Nice apartment, very clean, nice view, friendly owner, good parking. The balcony is not that big, for 4 people on the small side. The apartment is noisy. There are white Venetian blinds, very nice but in the summer it is very early light in the bedrooms and very warm. Fans in the bedrooms and blackout curtains would be very welcome in the summer. Beautiful hiking trails in the area. Landeck and See within 10 minutes by car.

A nice and clean apartment. Nice beds, good furniture. A spacious garden that you can use as a guest: sun loungers, playhouse for the children, garden furniture, children's toys. Owners offer a lot of privacy and keep their distance. The village of Pians is very quiet and offers no facilities. No supermarket, no bakery or restaurant. Lively neighboring villages are easily accessible by car or public transport. Cons: no curtains in the bedrooms. Only blinds.

Everything at the highest level. Very good location. Quick trips to Germany - Italy - Switzerland and many attractions in Austria.
