Grissemann Kappl, Tyrol

In the second week of January, the five of us spent a wonderful holiday in House G. The apartment is perfectly equipped and in a great location. The Kappl and See ski areas can be reached in a short time by ski bus. Ischgl and Galtür are also not far away. So there were many opportunities for ski tours. Thanks to the G. family for the friendly welcome, the cultural recommendations (Piefke-Saga) and quick help with small problems.

In consultation with the agent, we were already checked in about 3 hours beforehand. This made it much easier for us to transport rented ski equipment. The beds are already made in the apartment! Linens are freshly laundered and clean. There are so many dishes in the kitchen. Even washing-up liquid and manuals are provided. Bathrooms are spacious. Bath towels are also provided. There is also a ski room with a heated stand. TOP - everything well equipped.

We have been coming to this house for several years. Very very dear landlord, great house and good facilities. We keep coming!

Overall a good place to stay for a ski holiday. The single beds were very firm to sleep on.

We spent one week at Grissemann apartment. It was great for our group (two adults and four kids). Everyone got their room and plenty of space to keep all stuff and spend time at home. We got also a big kitchen where we used to spend evenings. The kitchen was equipped very well, we found there anything we needed to prepare meals. We also got very comfortable places to park our cars under the roof. Good transportation to great slopes. Grocery was not far away, just a few minutes drive.

As always, everything is great. Very friendly and very dear landlord. We will come back, no question!

The accommodation is in very good condition and is very suitable for large groups. There is enough space in the kitchen to eat together and sit together in the evening. The landlords are very nice and you can order bread rolls every day. So overall, highly recommended.
