Everything as described, car is useful, but ski bus also passes by.

Nice and modern accommodation of sufficient size for 8 people. The ski bus stops right in front of the door and takes about 15 minutes to get to the valley station in Kappl. Actually equipped in a modern way, only the 25-year-old dishwasher with a defective washing basket has cost some nerves. But better than no dishwasher. Very nice landlord. Bread service worked great. We'll definitely be back.

Great vacation rental. Everything you need. Great view of the mountains. Directions to the apartment is winding but very easy to drive. This is how you imagine a holiday home in the mountains of Austria. 5*...with extra stars.

Note on the very winding approach makes sense. Very annoying and reason for bad rating: deposit is required, but you have a very bad feeling, many kitchen appliances are damaged or not available. Absolute NO GO, waited 1 hour for the landlord on departure, he pushed away phone calls and didn't show up either. Then left without contact very upset. This behavior is unacceptable, the remaining deposit would be retained and should be transferred.

Nice house with 3 bathrooms, far from the village, but with bread service. Also with card for free bus and lifts in the valley.

The accommodation was really great. Everything very clean and of high quality. Plenty of crockery, pots and cutlery available. The beds were super comfortable. The landlord was very friendly and the bread service worked perfectly. We were really excited and were able to spend a few wonderful days there! Gladly again!
