We felt very comfortable. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The house is in very good condition. The upper floor is relatively new, the ground floor has been renovated. The kitchen is well equipped. A large fridge freezer is available. Generally a very neat and clean condition. The Silvretta Card is included. We will come back.

Excellent accommodation, fully equipped. Excellent and sufficient sanitary facilities, wonderful beds, crockery, pans and cutlery, also designed for more than 10 people. Countertop and hob may be a bit on the small side, but otherwise everything is very generous. Excellent Wi-Fi. Netflix is fine to use. View is fantastic and a large sun terrace, great to drink a beer or wine. It was a great place for our mountain bike holiday, only you had to end up

The accommodation is very suitable for large families like ours. Other groups will also find a well-furnished house here in very good, almost new condition. The upper floor is brand new and left nothing to be desired. we were very satisfied and will be back. Very nice and well-kept apartment with lots of space. We were a total of 10 people and had plenty of space. Especially the 4 bathrooms are very pleasant for the number of people. The equipment is good, nothing was missing. Great praise from the owner family. We received a very friendly welcome and were able to contact them with any questions. The bread service was also very good, since the nearest bakery is a little further in the village of Kappl. This is probably the only disadvantage. The apartment is about 2 km above the village and you have to take the car if you want to go out or buy something. We liked it very much and would come back.

Excellent for large groups, lots of space in the eat-in kitchen, enough bathrooms and toilets. The decor is very pleasant, the equipment complete. Unfortunately, a bit "off the beaten track". Unfortunately, hardly anything is possible without a car on site. The ski bus, at least to Ischgl, runs very rarely and at inconvenient times, the bus stop is quite far away.
