Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Member for Silvretta Card Premium: valid from summer 2023 - unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

Our apartment was at the rear of the building. In the photo we got the impression that it was at the front. The apartment was small. Fortunately we were able to rent the extra apartment. Accessibility was bad. Narrow street and they were also still building in the street. It would have been nice if directions were included. We were with 2 cars and both of us were wrong.

Clean and cozy furnished apartment. Very friendly and helpful owners! Beautiful panoramas from the spacious balconies. Close to Bergbahn and bus stops. Remarkably quiet, also in the immediate vicinity. Kitchen on the tight side for six adults. Fresh bread service early in the morning very good! This house and the owners have everything to make the holiday a great success!

Perfect holiday, the location is great on the valley descent and the interior of the apartment is very complete. Very well cleaned, sanitary and bathroom perfect. The owner are very nice and helpful. The bread service is also very convenient, fresh bread rolls at the door of your apartment every day. In short, we had a wonderful holiday!

The apartment is in a great location just a few meters from the valley run. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very nice and clean and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils.

The accommodation was perfect. We had an apartment and a double room. The equipment was great. We were even able to cook a Christmas menu, the kitchen was so well equipped. Rarely have we had such nice and courteous landlords. We felt comfortable from the first minute.
