Apart Garni Niederhof Kappl, Tyrol

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this house and we really enjoyed our stay with the Jehles. The property is a good size, it has an elevator and everything your heart could desire. Some rooms have been recently renovated, the rest will follow. We will be back.

Ideal home for large groups, we stayed with 16 people and there was plenty of space, everything very neat and clean. In the closed basement space for 4 cars, excellent bread service and ski bus stops in front of the door. Friendly managers, great ski holiday location for Kappl and Ischgl.

Clean house and very friendly reception. A tip for the owner: the curtains in the bedrooms do not darken sufficiently.

We were there with our extended family (22 people) and we were all totally satisfied. Great location, ski bus right in front of the door. Or another stop a few meters up the street. Nicely furnished and extremely clean. It's great that almost every room has a bathroom. The underground car park is great. Landlords are very friendly, many thanks again! Enough space for everyone and, above all, enough dishes so that you don't have to wash up all the time. And everything you need is there. We'd love to come back!

Expectations were fully met!

A very nice house, many rooms newly renovated and very comfortably furnished. The new beds also slept very well, good mattresses. A great plus point, the crockery, glasses and cutlery was not counted for the exact number of people, as is usually the case, but more than plentiful and a very friendly landlord.

Great accommodation with very nice landlords. Everything was there that is needed for a great holiday. We were traveling as a large family and felt very comfortable. Thank you again and we hope to see you again.

Beautiful apartment ideal for 20-22 people! We all had enough space in the common room to eat. The kitchen is well equipped. There are more than enough toilets and showers which made the ski holiday very comfortable. All ski boots can be stored in the ski cellar on the heater. The underground car park offers space for 4-6 cars. The landlord is super helpful and very very friendly!

Great chalet, very spacious and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Cozy stube and dining room separately. Kitchen large enough, a bit dated but functions well. Four parking spaces under the chalet, so cars are warm inside and closed by a garage door, great! Nice owners and excellent bread service. Had a wonderful stay with four families!

The house is very nice and spacious. We stayed with 20 people, so the house was completely full and not too small for that. The dining room and living room are a bit on the tight side for the whole group in 1, but you can also divide them between both rooms. The location of the cottage is far from the slopes and you therefore get nothing from the winter sports happening (on the ski bus after the 3 x a day passes). We had people with us who did not ski and that is a pity.

We felt very comfortable.
