Fresh and clean holiday home. Plenty of room in the house for a large family. There was even a second toilet, which was not mentioned in the description. Garden including trampoline, table tennis table, garden furniture. Very nice for the children. Nice and helpful owner.

The house consists of a hall shared with the owner, after which you have the entire ground floor at your disposal. Inside left is the bathroom first. Then a separate toilet. Clockwise you have three bedrooms. One with a bunk bed and a double bed. Then a bedroom with a double bed and as last bedroom another, very spacious, with a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the hall and another one in the living room-cum-kitchen. At first we thought it was a bit special that there is no living room, but in practice living in the kitchen is fine. We were with two small children and there were a number of simple but excellent facilities. A small swing and a trampoline. The owner is very friendly and the contact went well. For example, during our stay the vacuum cleaner broke. A spare the same day and a new one two days later. The environment is great. You can go into all kinds of valleys, such as the stubai valley with the beautiful Grawa waterfall. The Brenner Pass and therefore Italy is close by with a lot of beautiful things. The mill village near Gschnitz is highly recommended for young children. Our oldest wanted to go back three times. Furthermore, the obernbergersee is very beautiful. You do need a car though. It is a bit difficult to do without a car. We will definitely go back!
