Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Laminate/wooden and tiled floor.

For shared use: property 150 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 500 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreith Alm 1.2 km, Rosshütte 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 7 km. Hiking paths: Wetterstein, Alpenpark Karwendel. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). Access to the huge network of cross-country trails is in the immediate vicinity.

The location of the apartment is good, supermarket, restaurants everything within walking distance. With a few cosmetic repairs (fixing handles and handles, for example) and replacing household items that no longer work (e.g. teapot), it could be a whole lot more comfortable. The apartment is very large overall, only the bathroom is very small and with 4 people it was quite sporty. You can sleep well in the beds and the landlady is very nice and helpful.

Overall, the accommodation is rated as good. It's a spacious apartment, easy to get to by car. Well furnished and clean.

The bathroom is very small, there were no bath towels, just a small towel for each week. Also, the bathroom wasn't really clean either. When we arrived the apartment was 13 degrees and we froze all evening.

It was OK. Everything was clean but unfortunately musty (holiday with asthmatics therefore very bad for us). Lots of spiders in the apartment but that was definitely due to the environment. As a bed and breakfast ok otherwise very bad condition of the furniture (defective cupboards/screws instead of doorknobs...). We found it a pity that there was absolutely no personal support from the landlord, but very nice neighbors who showed us a parking space/garbage cans, etc.!

The apartment is nice and clean, unfortunately in a week of vacation 3 times we had to wait for the workers to fix the boiler, two out of 3 times they came at 8 in the morning when we were still in bed ... on vacation we would hope to sleep a little more .... We had to change the bedroom light and the batteries of the thermostat which had turned off and therefore the heating was not working. There was not a rag to clean the dirt left by the workers ....
