Good location - it is close to the center and the Rosenhütte cable car. Easy pick up and drop off of keys. Parking outside the building is free in summer and the garage costs 6 EURO/day.

Well maintained, centrally located facility, everything within walking distance. Seefeld and neighboring communities offer very well maintained winter hiking trails, but a top destination.

The furniture is unappealing and old. Apartment very clean. bathroom ok You have to look past the facility. W-Lan catastrophic for someone who also wants to work in between.

The Birkenwald Apartment met our expectations. Another advantage was the swimming pool and sauna.

What can I say absolutely great from booking, Maybe because it’s odour first time in Austria. Great service start to finish. View from room spectacular. We went to have a walking, seefeld was amazing and walking paths fairly easy to follow. The pool and sunbathing area was an added bonus at the end of a big walk. These apartments would also be great for a family with young children as there it lots to do, they have a pool table and swing park and pool. We were exhausted with walking all day but if you are somebody who likes to be out late then Seefeld is not the place for you as most restaurants close around 20.00-22.00.

I have been visiting the same hotel for many years and I recommend this place close to everywhere, swimming pool and sauna is it. Very friendly service, peace and quiet, very nice city. I definitely recommend it.
