The apartment was very clean. The couple who ran the property were very friendly and helpful. Everything was fine, but we won't be staying there again. The apartment was much too small for us and the walk to the center was too far. We should have taken that into account beforehand and it shouldn't be a criticism. For people who don't need a lot of space and don't mind the walk to the center, it's a good place to stay. And the price is unbeatable for Seefeld standards.

The apartment is quite full due to the large amount of furniture, and there is no free cupboard in the kitchen for groceries. The private belongings of the landlord are in other drawers, everything could be nicer, we are used to more inviting from other apartments in the Birkenhain house. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern. The living area quite gloomy. The Birkenhain house is wonderfully located, as always, and the caretaker couple, as always, wonderfully nice and helpful. Always my pleasure.

In this wonderfully furnished and cozy apartment we found everything you could want for a stay. It was even more homely than the photos showed. We felt very comfortable, also because of the uncomplicated and warm-hearted handling during the handover. We would love to come back and can fully recommend the apartment.

We really liked the accommodation Am Birkenhain. Everything was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom invited to use. The room furnishings are a bit older, but kept in a rustic Austrian style. Simple but beautiful. The hostess is a very nice person with an overview and an open ear for the guests. The satellite reception of the channels on the TV should be checked. A great apartment. All necessary facilities available. Unfortunately no separate bedroom. The apartment is close to the center of Seefeld with shops, restaurants and the like. In our opinion a great place to stay.

We have been to Seefeld for skiing holidays for many years, and we have always lived in an Am Birkenhain apartment. This time we were well accommodated. The mattresses could be renewed.

Unfortunately we had to make the beds ourselves and the apartment smelled very musty for the first few days. In addition, there was a lot of dust under the beds, which we had to remove first. Otherwise the apartment was fine. The decor is rather dark and dated and uninviting. However, the caretaker was very nice and took care of us touchingly. The arrival and departure worked wonderfully. The only problem is the lack of parking space in front of the door, so it was difficult to get a parking space.
