Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors, carpet. Balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Very nice apartment with a great view and obvious opportunities for hiking and enjoying the countryside. Had our little shepherd puppy with us, who really liked it too. Franco our host is super personable and was always helpful.

F, the homeowner, is a friendly man and will welcome you warmly. However, some downsides: It was agreed that the household waste could be placed in the hallway (not outside because then the cats could scratch the bags) and that this would be collected several times a week. However, the garbage was never collected during the week that we stayed in the apartment. The textiles (towels and bed linen) had a clearly recognizable tobacco smell.

The apartment is well located on the outskirts of Huben with an unobstructed view of the mountains. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. More restaurants and shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car in Längenfeld. Many hiking destinations are on the doorstep or can be reached in a few minutes by car. Our dogs were welcome even if they occasionally barked. The landlords were very nice. Value for money was good. Gladly again.

We reserved this apartment because we wanted 3 bedrooms. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms was outside the apartment, that means on the ground floor with the owner.

Accommodation was fine. Very friendly. Description 4 rooms _ 3 bedrooms was poor. There are only 2 bedrooms for 6 people and there are only 3 rooms in total. For 8 people there is a separate room (2 bathrooms?) on the ground floor in the landlord's private area. It's true that there are 2 levels. but without internal stairs. Overall very confusing if you expect something else.
