- Cleanliness of the floor and shelves needs to be improved - Socket in the basement hanging out of the wall, dangerous for small children in particular - Generally, the lighting should be checked for functionality and brightness. - Check the functionality of the sink in the kitchen and the dishwasher. Overall, a good holiday home with comfortable seating and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen.

We, i.e. 2 adults with 3 children between 13 and 20 years old, were in August 2023 at the Achensee in the Bärenkopf holiday home. The house is very spacious with the 3 double rooms and the large living-kitchen-dining area. When the weather is nice, you can also dine on the terrace or relax in the green area. The kitchen equipment is comprehensive and well thought out, the furnishings are well maintained and (for our Ikea taste) very attractive. In that respect: great accommodation that is worth the money!

As a family (2 adults and 2 kids - 9 and 13 years old) with a dog, we really enjoyed this spacious, modern and lovingly furnished house with its large garden. You are immediately at the lake, in the mountains and can do many great things - there is something for every taste. When the microwave broke, it was taken care of in no time! It wasn't necessary at all, but you can tell that a lot of effort is being put into it! It's also great that you don't really need a car!

The holiday home is modernly furnished and has a beautiful, fenced garden, practical for our dog. Part of the terrace is covered. Great in summer with warm temperatures and light rain at the same time. The kitchen was well equipped, the only thing we missed was a toaster. A small point of criticism: duvets were more suitable for the winter. Thinner summer duvets would have been nice in July.

Very nicely and functionally furnished FH on the ground floor. Great terrace with partial mountain views. Lots of light, large windows. The cleanliness was poor. A renovation would be necessary in the basement.

Dishes were dirty Disgusting curtain in the upper bedroom No blinds or to the garden in the living room too little seating in the evening in front of the TV The whole place was on vacation or maybe broke at the time not offer because from the description you could not do anything with the Achenseekarte I would recommend you to cover the wall where the dishwasher is, there are splashes everywhere

Everything was great, you could walk to the Achensee. The garden was great, a few chairs could have been more. The kitchen equipment was ok there was even a milk frother. All in all a great place to stay.

Well maintained house with good facilities. The beds are wonderful, the kitchen is well equipped, the sanitary facilities are good. The underfloor heating is also well regulated. Unfortunately, the wooden floor has small damages, walking without shoes is not recommended. It would be nice if there were containers for glass, paper and recycling waste, there is enough space there. It's also nice that there was a little equipment for the four-legged friend.

we have been here with 4 people for 10 days. it is a spacious house. the beds were perfect sized bedrooms for us. everything is well provided. only drawback we found the dining room chairs that there are no filtjes under this makes a lot of noise

Nice that there is a bathroom downstairs and upstairs and that the cars can be covered. Very nice environment. House is fully equipped. Also for children.

The house leaves nothing to be desired, cozy and very well-kept furnishings, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, so self-catering was a lot of fun. Overall, a spacious holiday home that made the stay very relaxing. Last but not least, the quiet location and a variety of walking opportunities for dog owners contribute to relaxation. Skiers and hikers will definitely get their money's worth. We would like to come again.

We had already expected a lot based on the pictures. However, when we arrived we were even more pleasantly surprised. The house is super nice, very comfortably furnished and there is really nothing missing. The kitchen is top equipped. Everything was super clean so that you felt comfortable right away. There were six of us (2 families each with a child - 2 and 3 years). It was also great for the kids. There were lots of toys so we didn't even have to unpack the ones we brought with us. The garden is also very beautiful. The homeowners were very nice. We would like to come again!
