Good and attractive accommodation.

The apartment was very nice, everything was perfect. We were able to go on many walks with our dog directly from the apartment. The location of the apartment is ideal.

We have been there several times and it is pure relaxation every time. Very good location. Apartment equipped with everything you need.

Wonderful holiday apartment and the most beautiful location on Lake Achensee. A highlight for us was the balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains.

Great, large apartment with great facilities

The apartment is very nice and well maintained. The equipment is also perfect for 2 people. A soda stream always ensures fresh water. The location is also great, quiet and yet central. A beautiful footpath leads to Maurach for shopping. The lake is also easy to reach.

We have already made winter vacation in this house for the umpteenth time. We like the equipment of the apartments and the optimal location. If possible, we are planning a summer holiday in the Top 4 for June 2023. So... always happy... ;-)

A modern furnished fully equipped apartment in a great location. We were here for the second time and will definitely come more often. Only the mattress is a bit too hard for us.

The apartment is new and very well equipped. The handover was contactless, but we could have contacted the landlady at any time. The contact was very accommodating, we were even able to check in earlier and store our bikes securely. We felt very comfortable and would have loved to have extended our stay. Sure we'll be back soon.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The equipment is great and very modern, especially the sauna and the large balcony are great. We can fully recommend this apartment!

After a year, we returned - to a perfectly clean and equipped modern apartment in an excellently maintained house. And with its own sauna and terrace. It is located a few hundred meters from the Achensee and the Rofan and Karwendel ski resorts (ideal for skiing with children, but even more demanding skiers will find their own - nice slopes, no queues, friendly prices), half an hour by car from the Zillertal Arena. There is a newly built Atoll relaxation center in Maurach - swimming pool, sauna, gym, boulder... I can only recommend a holiday here.

We were very satisfied with this apartment and we felt very comfortable. There was a lot of space and it was also very comfortable. Overall we had a pleasant, quiet stay. We recovered well. We'd love to come back. We stayed 14 days there, and our apartment was cleaned after 7 days without extra charge and we got freshly made beds and towels. That was very pleasant.

Apartment just great. Have done a lot (gorge, waterfalls, Innsbruck). Achensee super bathing beach, but still very cold.

A very comfortably furnished apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is bright, spacious and furnished with many useful things that make your vacation pleasant. The only thing we missed was a tea mug. A warmer would not be bad either. And some of the cooking utensils made us smile: the huge cooking spoons, for example, were more suitable for a large kitchen than for a two-person household. We'd love to come back.
