Solea Holiday Home 2

We spent a lovely week in Haus Solea. The landlords were very friendly and welcoming and everything went very well. The house is very nice and cosy and the view is simply amazing. You can go hiking and start right from the house. I can highly recommend the Imster Bergbahn and the Alpine Coaster as well as the Rosengartenschlucht. We will definitely come back again! Family F.

We had a wonderful holiday in Solea and hoch Imst. Completely furnished with its own sauna and table tennis table in the room under the house. Excellent renovated kitchen and lovely terrace with a view over the valley! Very friendly and helpful owners who also own the schirm bar. A short walk from the gondola and children's area. The perfect place for winter sports for our first ski holiday with small children and grandparents! Recommended!

Sleeps 8 adults new, fully equipped kitchen sauna and WMS, table tennis, gas grill available wonderful view from the house to the Tyrolean Alps chairlift to the coaster nearby many interesting hiking trails on site for every requirement and bathing lake

Super beliggenhed og et dejligt hus at holde ferie i, gode vandremuligheder og lift til næsten ingen penge. I forhold til beskrivelsen findes der ikke vaskemaskine til tøj, som er lidt en nitte når man rejser med teenagere.

We felt very comfortable in the house Solea. The hosts welcomed us warmly and we were even allowed to arrive a few hours earlier. We recommend the holiday pass (2 euros pp.) from the municipality of Imst, with which you can do many free activities. The absolute highlight is the small bathing lake in which we cooled down every evening. The outdoor area could do with some gardening and it would be nice if there was a gas grill like in the Luna house.

A great house, spacious, everything sufficient

Dated in decor. A major overhaul would be welcome: a lick of paint inside and out, eliminating moisture damage in one of the bedrooms. The garden furniture also needs to be replaced, but can still be used well. Brick BBQ is fine: grate needs to be replaced. The inventory in the kitchen is good: good equipment and everything is readily available. Bathroom is also dated but undamaged and you can see that the fixture/shower heads etc. are regularly replaced. Mattresses are more than adequate. Living room furniture is sufficient: large TV. Washing machine available, for shared use by residents Haus Luna. This is not always clear from the description and we therefore assumed exclusive use. Not insurmountable, but not ideal. This house stands out positively because of the excellent hiking opportunities from Hoch Imst. Various routes: fine untouched nature. Friendly landlords / contacts on site.

We had a wonderful holiday, nice place, only bad beds.

Everything as described (1 of 2 bathrooms is located in the lower part of the building, in the main part there is 1 bathroom and 2 WC). Very professional behavior of the owner, the Lord is very helpful. 1 essential note - the house is really high above the city. If someone is looking for a peaceful stay and closeness to nature, then feel free to go. But if someone is focused, for example, on walking in the town or dining in the city, one should bear in mind that each time it is more likely to get there by car.

Kitchen well equipped but sharp knives are missing. Pans also need to be replaced once in a while. Otherwise everything tiptop.

The hut is equipped with the essentials, but a little carelessly maintained. When we arrived, everything was so icy that both of our cars slipped dangerously down the slope and two of us fell painfully. The neighboring houses had been cleared better.

Beautiful holiday home. The inventory is a bit older but well maintained and the house was very clean.

Great house, only the bathrooms need renovation.

At some points the house is starting to look worse. Particularly in the kitchen more defects and damage, but also in the bathroom above defects. Due to a lot of dust, we had to completely clean the bedroom ourselves after the first night. We had a wonderful stay again, and will definitely come back, but we are sorry that the house is a bit forgotten in terms of maintenance ...
