Ladis: Child friendly, comfortable aparthotel "Ladis". In a central, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace. In the house: reception, WiFi, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Towel change weekly. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 1 km. Ski lift, gondola lift, ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Free welcome drink in the chalet Lawensalm, which belongs to the owner. Breakfast only possible in winter, to be specified when booking! Wellness: Steam bath, sauna, infrared cabin – Wellness area opening hours Sunday – Thursday 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (closed from May to November). 2. Parking only for 6 or more people!

We were warmly welcomed and our wishes were gladly fulfilled. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Towel change and roll service was great. The proximity to the gondola station was perfect. We had very nice days in Ladis, Fiss and Serfaus. Thank you very much. We'd love to come back.

The apartment was very large and modernly furnished. Nothing was missing in the kitchen. Toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, towels, bath towels and tea towels were provided. There were plenty of closets and compartments to store your belongings.

Very clean, modern accommodation + mountain view, near the gondolas. There were 6 of us and we would have liked to have 1 bigger fridge and an oven to bake our breads before our walks, luckily we were able to buy baguettes every day in the center of the village. The owner is available and responds quickly to requests. Bath and dish towels are available. The beds were made when we arrived, we didn't have to bring our sheets. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view, clean and furnished with everything you need. Toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc. will be refilled on request. Great location, 100m to the gondola. There is a small supermarket in town.

A nice stay in the well-equipped apartment. The only thing we missed was an oven, but a microwave and toaster are provided. The proximity to the gondola station is also particularly advantageous. The care was good and accommodating. Although we arrived a few hours early, we didn't have to wait until 4 p.m. and were able to get into the apartment at around 10:30 a.m.

Great apartment. Good location for skiing. Nice owners. Frying pans/pans more choice would be good for 6 people. When it's dark outside, more lighting in the kitchen, above the dining table and by the large single sofa would be desirable.
