In the house: reception, WiFi, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Towel change weekly. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 1 km. Ski lift, gondola lift, ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Free welcome drink in the chalet Lawensalm, which belongs to the owner. Breakfast only possible in winter, to be specified when booking! Wellness: Steam bath, sauna, infrared cabin – Wellness area opening hours Sunday – Thursday 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (closed from May to November). 2. Parking only for 6 or more people!

An apartment with a great beautiful location with a view of the mountains. From the balcony you have a lot of view and sun. Only inside it was very dark in the sitting area. Some twilight lights would make it much cozier. The kitchen was a bit small.

The apartment is very clean and the owner is very friendly. We have booked this apartment many times and always enjoy coming back. We can only recommend. Sufficient cooking and eating utensils available. It is not far to walk to the mountain railway station, skis and ski boots can be deposited free of charge at the sports shop at the valley station.

Our stay at this property was very satisfying. Location is simply brilliant, the owners are very nice and helpful. Housing clean facility with a fragrant sauna after skiing is a complement to the day that will please everyone. Ski room and dryer for shoes, garage under the roof .... only positives ..

This apartment comes highly recommended. We stayed with our kids (5/7) for 1 week on a skiing holiday. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. We felt very comfortable and welcome! The bread service is excellent and highly recommended. The few minutes walk to the valley station were a breeze. We couldn't ski in front of the house (not enough snow), but the few meters on the road are no problem even with children. All in all a successful stay which we really enjoyed!
