Karin is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our second stay here and skied at Serfaus, Fendels, Kaunertal and Nauders. The balcony is sunny in the afternoon and the rooms are comfortable. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Prima huis.Jammer that the nice sofa ddlie in the picture has been replaced by a hard sofa bed, which is not so comfortable. Hserlujl large balcony. The kitchen is fine, if you need extra stuff you can ask the friendly owner. Wr are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the small living room.

We were there at the end of August. Beautiful bathing lake within walking distance, you can also do your shopping without a car. There is a guest card, which can also be extended. Great area. The apartment is spacious and functionally equipped with a large balcony. Definitely great in winter too.

Apartment on the 1st floor (with balcony), quietly located on the edge of the village of Ried. Ski boots and possibly skis can be heated / dried in the cellar. 2nd toilet/shower room. Kitchen unit with oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Wifi speed has clearly improved. Friendly hostess. Within walking distance of ski bus or by car to SFL ski area (approx 15min).

We were with 4 adults and two children 3 and 7 years a week in the winter holiday in the accommodation. What was very good was that it was very clean in all rooms and there are also two bathrooms in the apartment. This apartment is recommended. The price-performance ratio Past!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and the whole process, but we would have liked to have had a parasol on the sunny balcony, which would have protected against the remains of swallows. grin !!!

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one without window). Kitchenette with 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee machine, no toaster. Crockery/cutlery very little. TV: HDMI connections, DVD player. Sofa with 3 seats. Balcony with table, 4 chairs, to the south-west (lots of sun). No blinds, only light curtains. WLAN good reception, small to medium bandwidth. Great location, hiking areas easily accessible, no cranking to the house. Recommended.

Very good apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets - very suitable for 2 couples. We think there was plenty of space in the living room/kitchen with a sofa, nice TV etc. We can only recommend this accommodation. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Torben

The apartment was absolutely great! On Monday we even got a new washing-up machine (the old one was defective) top performance! We absolutely loved it, the only negative point was that the cigarette smoke from the other apartment got in through the usually open window in the bathroom.

Functional and comfortably furnished apartment, very clean. The landlady is super nice, we felt very comfortable. You can recommend the apartment without hesitation, we would book there again if necessary. The free ski bus can be reached on foot in 200 m.
