Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view, interior rather old-fashioned

Everything you see in the pictures is wrong. Except for the kitchen, which is quite new. A very dark, old, depressing apartment. Everything is old, worn, dirty, and broken. Furniture looks like it came from a thrift store—a mishmash of everything. The living room is old, stuffy, and very small—certainly not suitable for six people. Two small balconies, one of which has two rickety plastic chairs and a plastic table sawn in half—no more space.

Neat bathroom, but with ad, shower, sinks, and toilet all in one space. Not practical for 6 people. The sliding bathroom door (!) is too narrow to close completely. It's simply not possible. The deck planks on the outdoor patio are often loose and require maintenance. The living room with sofa beds is impossible to darken with transparent pleated blinds.
