Spacious and clean holiday home with a lovely outdoor terrace in the shade. Comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The location is centrally located for visiting various places. A bakery is within walking distance, a supermarket, a swimming pool, and a beautiful lake are nearby. The towels for a two-week stay were limited, and the cooking utensils were somewhat limited. All in all, recommended for both summer and winter.

The apartment is ideal for 6 adults, the kitchen is large and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The key holder is very friendly and uncomplicated and the area is very beautiful for hiking. Recommended!

The accommodation was quite old-fashioned and sparsely furnished, the kitchen was also a bit dated and the pans (frying pans) were due to be replaced soon. But otherwise everything was OK.

Everything worked out wonderfully! Many thanks to M.! All the motorcycles had space in the yard and the garage was also usable.

A pleasant stay, without any problems. There was no deposit. The resort fee was collected in cash on the last day. The only problem is the lack of description in the Interhome offer about the possibility of using the ski bus to Fiss - such information should be reported by phone to the company operating the ski bus transport.

We stayed at the property for the second time. Everything was excellent again. The landlady is very nice. Arrival and departure uncomplicated. Planning to book again next year.

We booked the apartment last minute, we wanted to stay in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis area on a reasonable budget. We decided to choose Apart Grazia due to the large space in the apartment and the good layout of the rooms. The real effect exceeded our expectations. First of all, an exceptional (we are in Austria for the 15th time) owner who took care of us with full commitment. Secondly, a discount on the SFL pass. Third, cool location. It turned out great! I consider my stay at Apart Grazia the most enjoyable! Mega clean apartment, perfectly equipped and spacious, trouble-free contact with the nice owner. Everything you need to live within 10 minutes by car.
