Great accommodation for large groups. We didn't really lack anything. Large kitchen with lots of benches, lovely outdoor area, large parking lot, super pleasant contact with the landlord and a fantastic view. Perhaps something to note: The beds don't have sheets or covers, but every guest actually brings their own sleeping bags etc. We felt comfortable and would happily come back.

The house is simply and comfortably furnished. But has everything you need for a large group. The owner, who lives in the house, is very nice and accommodating and didn't bother us in any way. It is about 5 minutes by car to the Ski Juwel Wildschönau. If required, the ski bus stops right at the house. The view over the Wildschönau is great from the house, as it is located a little higher. Shops are about 5 to 10 minutes away in Auffach or Oberau.

Very good value for money, equipment simple but ok.; beautiful view of the Wildschönauer mountains and the Wilder Kaiser, beautiful starry sky We could also make a campfire and the playground in front of the house was ideal especially for the smaller children as there was no traffic; the landlords were very helpful and friendly

Beautifully located accommodation with fantastic views. The furnishing and facilities are basic, but with an excellent price-quality ratio. Sanitary and ski boot storage have just been renewed. Some rooms are a bit noisy.

For the 4th time we were with a group in the Schwalbenhof. The ages of the participants ranged from 3 to 75 years. As always, we enjoyed it very much. The accommodation is simple but perfectly adequate. Everything you need is there. The area is ideal for many activities. Particularly noteworthy is the very nice owner, who is always patient and available with help and advice. An ideal house for family vacations, highly recommended.
