Unfortunately, everything is very dated and not properly maintained. There are a few issues that haven't been addressed, such as the balcony door, windows, and toilet flush. Reception was limited to handing over the keys; questions were ignored. It's a shame, because the location is actually great. The apartment could be improved with a little investment in the furnishings and a more courteous initial contact.

The apartment is in a house with tenants, which we found a little inconvenient. The house was very quiet and the people there were very friendly. The sofas in the living room were around (old and worn out). Everything was clean and well prepared. Furnished very appropriately. In the kitchen was everything you needed. (The pans were also in bad shape.) All little things that you can live with. All in all all good. Many Thanks
