There are a lot of good things about the apartment and little to complain about. The only things that aren't exactly ideal are access via a three-story external staircase and the dilapidated balcony railing. However, anyone who goes to Königsleiten should be aware of the fact that it is a test-tube place ... for tourists quite high up in the mountains. Everyone has to evaluate that for themselves. It wasn't great for us.
