Exit to the balcony. 1 room, without window with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine).

The accommodation is in a very nice location. The apartment's furnishings are unfortunately a bit dated, but nothing is missing. A very nice bathing jetty with everything you need. The landlord is very friendly.

For us, the barrier-free access to the apartment was important, which was also guaranteed to the lake but only to a limited extent. A nearby lido created a good remedy. Landlord was very friendly and the view of Velden and the lake was great.
