When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

In the district of Innerteuchen 6.5 km from the centre of Arriach, 18 km from the centre of Feldkirchen, 23 km from the centre of Villach, in a secluded position on a slope. For shared use: property 5'000 m2 with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: trampoline, central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 6.5 km, restaurant 6.5 km, lake Afritzer See 14 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ossiacher See 15 km, Faaker See 25 km, Wörther See 32 km.

The apartment was clean and the hosts were very friendly. What we found a bit strange was that the day before we left, we had a checklist on the door of what we had to do before we checked out. For example, washing dishes, taking out the garbage, etc. It goes without saying that I do that, but remove the beds?!?! TV: No Austrian channels, well-known German hard to find but on the whole it was fine

The accommodation is clean and tidy and basically as described. The hosts are very friendly and will also help with any questions that arise. The Wohnjbg offers space for 2-3 people and has a beautiful balcony with a wonderful view. For children there is a swing, a trampoline and a table tennis table. Parking is possible directly at the building. The only small flaws are the not really stable WiFi connection and the current diversions to the apartment.

It is a nice accommodation with sufficient facilities. Unfortunately, a holiday without a car is very difficult, since the bus does not run on weekends (Arriach/Innerteuchen). During the weekdays the bus runs at 6:30 am and 1:00 pm. Panoramaweg is very beautiful and the mountain Gerlitzen (1900 m) is easy to climb. Mushroom picking (in September) also works. WiFi connection is not stable.

We felt very comfortable there. The apartment is surrounded by nature in a quiet location with a view of the Gerlitzen ski area. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is in an incredibly beautiful place in Austria. Separating from the apartment, from the super dear family V. and from this place is very difficult for everyone. We were very happy and felt very comfortable. The condition of the apartment is perfect. Nothing is missing there. Very clean and well maintained. We hope to go back very soon.

The apartment is beautifully situated. Hiking trails start right outside the door. The landlords are very nice and helpful. There is a carport for the car and a storage room for the bike. The garden at the house is very nicely laid out and there are nice spots to relax.

The apartment is highly recommended. The landlords friendly, nice and accommodating. The apartment is lovingly furnished and clean, as is the well-maintained property on a hillside. The location and view were good. The breakfast on the terrace ..... fresh rolls from the landlord .... what more could you ask for a good start to the day. If you are close to nature, love to hike and are looking for proximity to nature, if you have fun with a bike or motorbike, you are in good hands here

Very quiet location, very well suited for couples, the apartment was pleasantly warm even in autumn, we were very satisfied with the landlord, if you want to cook you should bring some personal things with you (bowl, colander, pan) but otherwise you can bring everything with you discuss very well with the landlord. Landlord lives on site and can be reached almost anytime and can also give some tips for your stay.
