Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. On the main floor there is a lounge that can be used all year round. The house is built on a slope, therefore the basement is on ground level. In the house there is also a small bed 70x150cm for children up to 7 years. Cottage-House in a quiet area near the shop, gas station to the center, a few minutes by car. The house is very functional, two well-equipped kitchens, clean, can easily accommodate three families. We were on 14-21-2023 heartily recommended.

We were with grandparents, parents and adult children with partners in the house and felt very comfortable. On the lowest floor there is a sofa, on the floor above (due to the hillside location the "ground floor" floor) a large dining area for everyone; this shared lounge was one of the decisive factors for our booking. Some hiking trails start at the edge of the forest nearby and were used by our joggers. Our conclusion: we want to come back!

This house was perfection itself for us. It was beautifully designed and furbished. Very spacious with two fully equipped kitchens. There is a big living- dining room on the first floor and a beautiful entertainment room with toys and board games on the ground floor. The garden is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

A lovely spacious house with all the trimmings. We didn't have to bring kitchen supplies with us, everything was in stock. For our group, plenty of space to isolate yourself, play a game or have a drink separately from each other, for example. Lovely beds and again large bedrooms. Nice that there are 3 bathrooms so you can shower with more at the same time. Easy to reach and beautiful surroundings. Have fun!

Well-equipped 2 kitchens, ski room and ski boot heaters + free municipal ski-bus, practically to the house! Plus a games room with a bar and movies, and a large dining room for the whole group! Additionally, close to the thermal baths, where you can get there quickly by car.

Spacious neat holiday home with all necessary amenities! Everything available to make our holiday a success! Highly recommended! In the garden you can hear the noise of the traffic, but the house is very well insulated so certainly no hindrance to your night's sleep. We hope to come back again!

This was a holiday home that is top notch from A to Z and very neat with super showers and toilets and plenty of space and what do you think of a kitchen with a super large dining room nothing but praise in my view, especially in the summer with various swimming opportunities within cycling distance too unique the bicycle rental at the neighbor so everything for a beautiful holiday ideal for 2 families

What a house! Large spaces, clean, everything you can think of is there. Then why not very good? I missed a space where you can play a game, eat and more with the whole group (10 people). In Austria you expect a corner sofa with a round table where you can all sit together. There isn't one. There is a huge table with 12 chairs. That table fills the space and you can hardly reach it yourself. Otherwise a really perfect house in a village with 5 supermarkets within 500 meters. You can easily reach the ski area, but it is still a short drive. And once it has snowed, it will be quite a challenge for most who are not used to driving in the snow. But for the price and what you have for it, the qualification goes to very good. Pleasant stay!
