Outdoor shower. Stepped path (8 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at 10 m. Shop 200 m, supermarket 3 km, sandy beach 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Please note: car recommended.

We spent two weeks in Villa Anita with six people. The house has a beautiful location above the sea with stunning views. An attractively sized pool and short access to the sea make the house a perfect place. The equipment of the house is good, for six people who also like to cook the kitchen is a bit small. One of the three bedrooms has no international access, but it was OK. It smelled a bit musty there. Some of the house electrics had safety deficiencies.

The villa is wonderfully located. The pool great. The kitchen equipment leaves a lot to be desired. Ancient cutlery, cooking utensils sparse. The cooker doesn't work properly, you can't cook on 2 plates at the same time, otherwise the stove always switches off. If you are cooking and only open the dishwasher, the stove also switches off. The bathrooms are small, especially the shower. The bidet is completely useless and only takes up space. We used the outside shower which was great!

Location: uniquely beautiful Cleanliness: beds and bathrooms were clean! Floor and kitchen was a bit dirty, outdoor lighting and pool were dirty, after a complaint it was improved. Room layout: very nice, only the kitchen is a bit small. Furniture: functional but no longer contemporary! Nowadays there is no WiFi at all, it definitely needs to be improved.

The delivery left a lot to be desired. It went much too fast and a lot was forgotten. Outdoor facilities overall unclean. Outdoor furniture old and broken and not enough sun loungers available. Cushions for beach chairs completely worn out and brittle. An impertinence!!! The pool was only cleaned in the first week. 3rd bedroom in the basement smelled musty and damp. Nobody can live there! The beds very spartan! In the 2nd bedroom a much too small closet. Etc.

A house with a very good location and very good sea views. Property description of Interchalet is correct. .. Basement room: clearly damp/mouldy TV not working Repair backlog of shower hose/rattan furniture/lounger cushions 25 x power cuts during 1 thunderstorm
