I have been spending a holiday in Norden or Norddeich once a year for around 30 years and have gotten to know a number of holiday apartments. I think this holiday apartment is the best.

A very nice apartment in a quiet new development. Very pleasant landlord. Shops such as bakeries and butchers can be reached in 5 minutes. It was a great stay.

The house was clean and functional. It's quiet there and yet you're only a few minutes' walk from the center of the north. We really enjoyed staying there.

A very cozy, modern, very clean holiday home, where you can only feel comfortable. Lots of little details, we just really liked it. The equipment, rug, pillow, electrical appliances, etc. You have thought of everything. Really lovingly furnished. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed here for 4 days in February and really enjoyed it. The landlady is very nice. The cottage is well equipped. It is quietly located in a residential area and the city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, but without a freezer. The bedroom is large and has a toilet, especially for night use, on the same floor. The living room is ok, however the tv was buzzing so it's not a pleasure to watch. A private carport for the car and the quiet location complete the living.

Everything was very clean, no strange smells in the house. The only downside was that from the terrace you can only see the hedge and the roofs of the houses opposite.

Everything was present in the accommodation to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Key handover problem-free. Power failure issues were quickly resolved. service good

Small but super nice semi-detached house. With car port. Right in the middle, quiet, easy to reach everything. Very nice landlord. Was a relaxing short break.

We felt very comfortable in the holiday home! The house is close to the center and still nice and quiet. The landlady was extremely nice, we would love to come back!

From the location to the rental everything was great. I was greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. The location is good, you can reach everything on foot.

As in the previous year, we were received very friendly and without any problems. Although the house can actually only be moved into in the afternoon, we arrived in the morning by arrangement to park our car there and go on a bike tour. However, when the service staff noticed our early arrival, he hurried to give us access as quickly as possible. That's great, thanks again, but it wasn't necessary! xxx is not only an extremely attractive and extremely modern woman, no, she is also happy about every guest and I think not only because of the income. There were a few minor points of criticism, but I told Ms. xxx personally and she just said that without the guests giving her feedback about defects, she couldn't react and thanked her for the information. She wanted to take care. Added to this would be a request for a fly screen (mosquito repellent) on the bedroom window. We have also retrofitted inexpensive fly screens at home, which can be used if necessary. But all in all a successful holiday with more bearable temperatures than at home this summer 2018!
