It is a very clean and spacious apartment. The bed is a bit hard. The view over the Como lake is beautiful. It’s located halfway up the hill. You can make beautiful hikes from the apartment. It is Half an hour walk downhill to the beach of the como lake and the centre of Gravedona di Uniti. It is a nice walk through beautiful nature. Back up the hill is challenging. You need to have a good condition. The owners live during the weekend in the same building and are very helpful and kind.

The specified room layout was not as described one bedroom was missing

Two very nice apartments very well furnished with all facilities except a washing machine. The apartments were spacious, bright and with a beautiful terrace with a view of Lake Como. We really enjoyed the stay in this very beautiful region.
