House is a bit dated. Good location and beautiful spacious garden.

The house is small but it has everything and the patio is huge, very nice and with many details (a little maintenance would be needed... the faucet in the sink leaks water, the exterior bars do not close well and the plants are a bit neglected) The community pool is great, everything is very well cared for. The urbanization is very quiet although it is somewhat removed from Calpe.

The area is quiet and very quiet, so safe for children. The house is close to the city center and the beaches. The garden is great, however the kitchen and the bathroom are aging, small and lack storage space. The only real problem with the rental is the air conditioning in the living room, which regularly leaks.
