Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome however this is a non-smoking property. Find a shop in 5.9 and a pub in 1.5 miles. Honiton has been famous for lacemaking since Elizabeth I's reign, and the town's Allhallows Museum features some exquisite specimens. The Thelma Hulbert Gallery is East Devon's only public art gallery. It's housed in a Grade I Victorian home and has ties to London's Hayward Gallery.
