Appliances include an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking available and a garden with patio featuring outdoor seating, hot tub, charcoal barbecue and a lawned area. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome however this is a non-smoking property. Find a shop in 5.9 and a pub in 1.5 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on the ground floor at all times. Note: There is an unfenced pond within the garden, children and dogs must be supervised at all times. Note: The garden is not enclosed.
