The cottage was comfortable and clean, the location was perfect: premium site overlooking the bay. Ideal base for touring the island. We didn't see any dolphins, nor did we hear the mermaid singing, though we were listening out all the time. We will definitely return.

We loved the house and how comfortable we felt in it; it felt very much like home. The view out of the living room window was stunning. Parking was more than ample. We loved that we were not far away from other places of interest and we travelled out on most days. Will definitely be coming back again.

The location is of course the winning element of Pulrose. That said, the layout of the cottage and the magnificent day room with balcony are just exceptional in letting you enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The owners are magnificent hosts and stayed in touch regularly leading up to our stay and were extremely responsive whenever we needed a response. Thanks so much for a truly memorable vacation.

This was our 3rd visit to this most wonderful property. It's in a fantastic location with majestic views out to sea where you can relax and just watch life go by no matter what the weather. The property is well equipped with everything you need, a home from home. It's well maintained and very clean - a real credit to the owners. All in all its a first class place to stay and we just wished that it would never end. Hope to be back again soon!

The location of the cottage over-looking the bay was superb. The cottage itself was first rate, very clean and well maintained. The owners and caretaker clearly take a pride in the very high standard. I wish all cottages were as good as this one.
