As a welcome gift there was a fruit basket and a good bottle of wine. The handover and return of the apartment was uncomplicated and problem-free. Great apartment with a good location for day trips by car or bike. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. The pictures keep what they promise. Another time gladly again.

We were there for two at the end of September. The weather was great and we really liked the house. It was clean and equipped with everything you need, but the lovely furnishings, the pool and the very friendly and helpful owner are particularly worth mentioning. The place is quiet and absolutely not touristy, which we liked and with a car you can easily get to all places on the island. We would recommend the house immediately and come back ourselves.

Pros: - very well equipped kitchen - good beds - beautiful courtyard - great grill - parking space in the courtyard - friendly landlord Cons: - right on the street. Entrance door is directly from the living room to the street, sometimes a little noisy and exhaust fumes - Large bathroom smells like sewage sewer, there is something leaking. Remedy: Fragrance spray is provided by the landlord. A repair would be better - electricity for air conditioning must be paid extra for frequent use

That's exactly how we imagined it!! Nice, cozy and lovingly furnished cottage with pool in the middle of town! 15 minutes drive to the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance! Great vacation!!

The house is really very nice. But what I would like to highlight is the cleanliness. It was really super clean. Our kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The house has a parking lot which was very convenient for us with the rental car. The house is in a beautiful town and a supermarket is within walking distance. The most beautiful beach in Mallorca for us, "Es trenc", can be reached in 25km.

Vacation in this house is worth it! Live in the middle of town and yet undisturbed. The cottage is fully equipped, lovingly designed and maintained. Parking and storage for bicycles are given. The internet is stable enough to work. The landlord is very nice, the handover went perfectly. Many regular guests speak for themselves.

It's a very comfortable town house, 2 bedrooms (one faces the street so it's not quiet) on the first floor. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit stinky, a small toilet is still on the upper floor. The living area is very dark, certainly not tragic in the summer months. Communication with the landlord is a bit difficult...only Spanish. We had a great time, it's very central.

Furnished tastefully and with attention to detail; very clean; in the middle of town. Nice places to stay on the terrace below (with a small swimming pool) and above. Very nice and uncomplicated landlord. Porreres is a lively little town without much tourism; central location for excursions in all directions.

The house has all the services, A. is an excellent host and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool is small but it was enough for the children. The town is very small but it has a supermarket and some cafes and restaurants, from there you can easily get everywhere by car.

Great house. Nothing is missing. Very nice landlord. The pool was the focal point of our vacation. The children enjoyed it to the full at all times of the day. The pool is partially protected from the sun by an awning, which makes bathing very pleasant. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. You feel very comfortable.
