We have just spent a week at this beautifully appointed cottage, on the Llyn Peninsula. It has been renovated to a high standard and there is everything you need. It is so quiet here and peaceful. No noise from the neighbours, as there are none for miles, apart from the cows, bats, owls and birds of prey. If a car went down the lane, it was a rarity. The owner left a lovely welcome pack too, that was really thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable and a superb bathroom on the ground floor, but each bedroom had its own toilet or en suite. Really had a peaceful enjoyable time. Would definitely recommend

Lovely holiday in beautiful cottage.. Clean and comfortable and all the amenities and more in the kitchen. Wi fi router was a casualty of the lightning but the owner brought us a new one after a day. Bit worried about the bins as no information in booklet about what day they were collected so not able to put them out. Also owner informed us no towels were supplied and check out was 9am instead of 10am and this was not on Sykes information booklet.

Your response to repeated emails from me following my booking and prior to the date of arrival was unacceptable.. Eventually I received a telephone call from you when I explained the reduction in the advertised cost of £200 compared with that which I paid when booking last January. This I considered unfair practice and I have subsequently referred the matter to the Competition and Markets Authority for their consideration.

The only thing to bring up is that the mobile phone signal was patchy..

Had a long weekend playing golf on the local coastline, so wanted somewhere convenient with good cooking/cleaning facilities.. The cottage was really well presented.. clean and comfortable, all ‘mod cons’ in a quiet, rural setting. We even used the barby one evening despite the late September chill! An ideal base to explore the area.

Great cottage set in rural surroundings - modern clean well equipped - well placed for Criccieth and Pwhelli and surrounding areas.. Each bedroom has ensuite the only very slight negative points I would say is that the TV in the sitting room could do with being bigger and maybe there could be some form of heating for the large fireplace but I am being very nit picky here Overall a great property and would definitely visit again if returning to that area

We found the cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped.. Lovely location plenty to do and see. Our two year old granddaughter loved the sea - but the best part of the holiday for her was 'ice cream' Would certainly recommend the cottage.

Prys Mawr was a well equipped property, in tranquil surroundings. The main purpose of our holiday was to do plenty of walking which we did over fantastic mountain terrain and beautiful coastal walks in baking hot sunshine.

An excellent cottage in a great secluded location, in a wonderful part of the world. The owner has clearly given great attention to the details. There was an excellent balance of comfort with a feeling of casual luxury. We will very likely return in the future.

A great cottage in a great location! Perfect for exploring the surrounding areas both on foot and in the car. The cottage provided a great base that gave us plenty of space, inside and out, and the touch of luxury that we enjoy.
