Everything excellent, only with an app on the floor, the neighbor noise from above is very loud, especially sliding furniture!

We suspected it was the ideal place for our holidays by reading the enthusiastic reviews of others who have stayed there and found them all. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, helpfulness and kindness of the owners (discreet and never intrusive), quiet environment surrounded by greenery. Well-organized swimming pool with simple and effective anti-covid rules. All the choices for the distancing adopted made the holiday serene.

Very well-kept facility, nice but unobtrusive landlord. Good facilities, plenty of crockery. The only downer: Pretty noisy, especially when fully occupied, certainly not for everyone. The nearby railway line was quite annoying at night (with the window open). We didn't find them to be a problem during the day.

Very nice, quiet and well-kept residential complex with a large pool. Beautiful gardens with patio. The apartments are very well equipped, lots of crockery and very clean. Easily accessible, just 3 km from Castiglione del Lago. There are many shops and restaurants there. Railway line does not bother, as only a few trains. Highly recommended.
