Primrose Cottage is a quiet, clean, cosy, warm, comfortable, and well equipped cottage. Good kitchen facilities, with oven. On the edge of the owners Garden Center. Also with good walks nearby. Small touring caravan on site but quiet and only about 5 caravans. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Situated in a good area for Sight-seeing, Walking, Bird-watching, and Shopping.

The place is lovely and the owner very friendly and happy to help with anything, would recommend this cottage to anyone.. It’s ideal for visiting places, dog friendly and enclosed garden. The only thing we struggled with was opening tins of food can openers weren’t very good, but that’s nothing. If you want a relaxing holiday then primrose cottage is great.

Primrose Cottage, is ideally situated in a rural idyll, but equally close to the Lincolnshire coast, to enjoy the best of both worlds.. Clean, comfortable and with a fully enclosed garden, it is ideal for holidaying with dogs. Mandy and Archie go above and beyond as hosts, even offering to help change a tyre, when I suffered a flat on holiday! A lovely, well equipped kitchen, the cottage was always welcoming, warm and cosy.

The location was perfect for us and the dogs, quiet, good walks.. The property was of a high standard my only small comment would be that the main oven could have been cleaner and a Scouser would have been useful, we bought some and left one there. Otherwise it was a lovely holiday

Do not really want to tell people how great the cottage is as i want to keep to myself.. The cottage has everything you need. Far better then pictures show. So close to many places. Brilliant for dog walks and beautiful secluded dog beaches. The cottage is perfect to relax in and Mandy the owner is lovely and close by if you need her. The week went to quick so now have a sulky dog. I have already booked again for next year. If you havent stayed here its a must

Cottage was larger than expected, beautifully decorated and furnished.. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Plenty of space inside and out for 2 large dogs but garden could of been easily made more secure. Plenty of lovely walks in surrounding countryside and a short drive to shops, pubs and the beach. Would defanatly recommend.

This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed in.. The owner, Mandy and her staff were friendly and helpful. The location was superb, being rural while at the same time not being very far from the town of Alford from where we were able to explore the surrounding area. We immediately felt at home in the cottage and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A terrific winter getaway.. Immaculately clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Off-road parking is always a bonus. Alford is a short drive away and there is an excellent Co-op supermarket with free parking. I was looking for somewhere isolated where I could write without distractions and managed a pleasing word count by the end of the week. The owners were most helpful and Mandy suggested I needn't rush to checkout as harsh weather had been predicted. A kind touch. Thoroughly recommended. It must be even more delightful in summer. Large French windows lead out onto a charming patio. I would certainly consider coming again.
