Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however there is an additional charge for pets at £3 per pet per night. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. A cot, highchair, stairgate and baby bath are all available. The sun deck and swimming pool are available from mid-May to mid-September. This property does not accept worker bookings. Primrose Cottage makes for a wonderful escape to Devon.

Babbacombe Model Village, Riverdart Country Park, and Woodlands Leisure Park are just a short drive away as are other nearby tourist sites. Within 4 miles of here, you'll find Torquay, where you can enjoy a variety of beaches, a vibrant marina, theatre performances, and dining options. Paignton, a seaside town close to home, has a zoo, a waterpark, and a sandy beach with a charming pier that will appeal to families with young children. The town of Marldon is a great home base from which to explore the surrounding countryside.
