The coastal path can be accessed from the bottom of the front garden and below that are steps down to a stoney beach with an Anarth rowing dinghy for guests to use in the summer.

• Kitchen and utilities: Two separate ovens, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
• Facilities for families: Travel cot and high chair available on request (but no cot linen), please let us know at the time of booking.
• Outside: Small courtyard with a BBQ and steps leading to the upper deck with garden furniture and views down the river.
• Pets: 2 pets allowed - £25 per week per pet - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
• Parking: Parking for 1 car provided in front of the house.
• Nearest beach: 1.2 miles.
• Nearest amenities: 0.1 miles.
• General: Free WiFi provided. Central heating throughout.
• Important notes: No smoking. Please note that the rowing boat is only available between Easter and the third week of September.
