For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, parking space n 15. Supermarket 210 m, restaurant 20 m, café 200 m, sandy beach 260 m. Sports harbour 1.4 km, marina 1.4 km, tennis 350 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Positive: well-kept area + pool, way to the beach, beach, Denia. Cons: Extremely uncomfortable air upon arrival. Smelled like "last airing Christmas". Air for hours until reasonably sleepable. It stays in all fabrics for days! Incorrect wifi access on pre-printed key fob. Worn out "couch". Unfortunately overlooked what "TV only ES" means (primitive). Loud main street in about 100m; because of silent owners. "Messi"-like hallway closet contents. Stuck door. CHECK Interhome!

Beautifully landscaped residence, you only notice that the apartment is rented out a lot and that the owner does too little maintenance ... a lot of cracks in the walls ... seats are no longer in good condition ...

The apartment is nice. It is not fancy but it was clean, everything worked and it is balanced between quality and price. The location and access to services, the beach, and the center are good. The urbanization is well cared for and is quiet (on weekends it grows, but on Mondays the tranquility returns). Only point out not positive the wifi, very limited, unusable. The support, attention, and speed of Ms. D. and the rest of the Interhome-Dénia staff is very positive.

The house is comfortable and pleasant, easy to keep clean. The surroundings, gardens and pool, it shows that it is very well cared for. Access to the beach is comfortable. In the event of any incident, customer service by the local agency is very correct. It lacks to raise the score some unattended maintenance details, and the wifi that is irrelevant. Less than 5 Mb / s. In short, it is a good option to spend a few pleasant days.

Rental conform The address is difficult to find 'no plan of INTERHOME. The air conditioning in the bedroom 'the shutters do not work' the glass doors do not close. The toilet flush is broken. After several calls' only the hunt was changed. I was not used to this very disappointed interhome attitude.

The apartment is nice, the urbanization is well maintained, gardens and swimming pool. It is well located with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the town center. Good private parking space. It has enough for 4 people and allows you to enjoy a good stay. Advertise WIFI available but it is irrelevant, with zero data transmission capacity
